On 12.02.2025, as part of the year of working professions, a seminar on restaurant business training was held at the Higher Construction and Economic College with the participation of 3rd year students, industrial training masters and teachers of the technological department. Speaker - Seitzhan Ospanov, restaurant auditor, CEO of "CJ brand Company", founder of the first restaurant school in the Republic of Kazakhstan, honored partner of Kazakhstan Chefs Association and Kazakhstan League Bar.

The meeting was very informative among the students. S. Ospanov spoke about the basics of the restaurant business, the functional duties of restaurant and cafe employees, and shared with the listeners about the current nuances, trends, and tricks in the restaurant industry.
