On January 23, 2019, the First President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, at the opening ceremony of the Year of Youth, announced the implementation in the country of a new program for training specialists in 100 in-demand specialties - the “Zhas Maman” project. For this purpose, one basic university and 10 colleges were identified in each region on a competitive basis.
The purpose project "Zhas Maman" is the modernization of 180 colleges and
20 universities in the 100 most in-demand professions and implementation
international experience in training qualified specialists.
To achieve the goal, the following tasks are set:
— determination of the 100 most in-demand industrial and service professions by region;
— selection of colleges and universities that train specialists in
selected professions;
— formation of a list of purchased equipment;
- attracting foreign partners for modernization
educational process, training of teachers and masters
industrial training, as well as to assist in drawing up
training programs according to international standards according to the declared
professions;
- purchase of equipment for colleges with the condition of additional
financing (at least 5% from local budgets).
Training of qualified personnel in demand
specialties in the labor market within the framework of the “Zhas Maman” project is implemented according to the “100/200” principle.
Over 3 years, the project should cover about 200 thousand young citizens of the country in all regions.
As part of the project, to train specialists in the 100 most in-demand industrial and service professions on the basis of 200 modernized educational institutions.
Local executive bodies have created regional
commissions for the selection of regional TVE organizations and equipment.
By the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On introducing amendments and additions to the State Program for the Development of Productive Employment and Mass Entrepreneurship for 2017-2021 “Enbek”, NJSC “Holding “Kasipkor”” was identified as the operator of the “Zhas Maman” project.
Our college has applied to participate in the project for two
specialties: “Construction and organization of buildings and structures” and “Technology and organization of production of food enterprises”.
As a result of the implementation of the project "Zhas Maman" educational organizations
will be equipped with modern equipment necessary to train specialists in demand at the republican and international level
