On September 27, 2024, at the Institute of Language and Literature of North Kazakhstan University named after Manash Kozybaev, Petropavl. regional "Polyglot" intellectual competition was held among students of higher and special secondary schools.

The purpose of the competition was to promote multilingualism among young people as a spiritual value, to educate them in tolerance and intercultural communication skills.

Candidates for the competition are students of the North Kazakhstan University named after M. Kozybayev, Military Academy of the Military Academy of Ukraine, B. 1st-year students of the Ashimov Petropavl Mechanical Engineering and Transport College and the full-time department of the Higher Construction Economic College took part.

Our team includes:

1. Baibusinov Rinat, student of group 113, majoring in "construction technician", (supervisor: Kazakh language and literature teacher Shayakhmetova Tolkyn Adyrovna).

2. Savchenko Amina, student of group 114, "lawyer" specialty (supervised by English language teacher Myrzabaeva Dinara Baitorovna).

3. Valeriya Feldman, student of group 114, "lawyer" specialty (supervisor, Russian language and literature teacher Bektenova Bibigul Otegenovna).

The competition consisted of 5 stages:

I. "Presentation period (name of the team, slogan, photo-slide, or video clip).

II. "Knower" stage (answering questions in three languages).

III. "Mysteries" period (solving riddles - translating them into Kazakh, Russian, English languages).

IV. The period of protection of a small project called "Our Passionate Youth" period (advertisement of contributions to the future in their professions).

V. "We are all artists" period (singing, dancing, reciting poems).

The winners of the competition were awarded with diplomas and prizes.

Our college team won the 1st prize, showing their high level of education and intellectual abilities, answering questions quickly and qualitatively!
