On February 3, 2026, with the support of the association of restaurateurs and hotels of SKO, a master class on "Preparation of burgers and fast food" was held by Zharlygasov Olzhastan, a 2020 graduate of the College of Economics and Business, a representative of the Hoxton Burgers restaurant in Prague.
The participants of the master class were first-year students of the technological department, as well as students of gymnasium No. 1 were invited. They got acquainted with the professional skills of preparing fast food, learned the secrets of choosing ingredients and decorating hamburgers, and also received valuable advice from an international expert.
The event was a great opportunity for students and schoolchildren to expand their professional skills and gain inspiration from real experience in the restaurant industry.
