Students of the Higher Construction and Economic College took part in a meeting with representatives of the Police Department of the North Kazakhstan region. The event focused on digital security and cybercrime prevention.
Police experts told the students about common online fraud schemes, how to recognize suspicious activities of criminals and what steps to take to avoid becoming a victim of a cybercriminal. Particular attention was paid to the protection of personal data, safe behavior in social networks and rules for using banking services.
Meeting SKO mushrooms organized and aimed at increasing students' digital literacy, forming a responsible approach to work on the Internet and developing cyber security skills.
The event aroused great interest among students and was an important step in the prevention of Internet threats among young people.
