From December 4, 2022 to December 11, 2022, the WorldSkills Kazakhstan 2022 VII Republican Professional Skills Championship was held in Astana.
On behalf of the North Kazakhstan region, Petrov Maksim, a student of the Higher Construction and Economic College, participated in the competence of "Cookery".
19 people from all over the country took part in the "Culinary Case" competence.
The competitive task consisted of five modules:
1. Seafood dishes
2. Mashed soup made from broccoli and celery
3. Baked bread with ravioli
4. Lamb ribs with garnish
5. Pavlov's dessert
The performance of each module task was evaluated by three experts according to the developed criteria.
According to the results of WorldSkills Kazakhstan 2022 VII Republican Championship of Professional Skills, Petrov Maksim, a student of the technological department of the Higher Construction and Economic College, was awarded the "Best Specialist" medallion in the "Culinary" competency.
