On September 17, college activists, as part of the traditional “A Veteran Lives Nearby” campaign, visited veteran teacher Zakharina Lidia Ivanovna. The students carried out a general cleaning of the veteran’s apartment: they washed the windows, walls, floors, furniture, and cleaned the balcony. Lidia Ivanovna expressed gratitude to the activist girls, the administration and the college trade union for the assistance provided
