On November 15, 2024, teachers of the accounting department of the Higher Construction and Economic College held an open event dedicated to the 31st anniversary of the National Currency, the purpose of which was to form students' understanding of the formation of the National Currency and its place in the world community.
The event was attended by students, teachers, students of city schools, as well as social partners of the college: Azamat Orakbaevich Baganimov, head of the salary project development department of "ForteBank" JSC, Kulbaram Kapezovna Kozhantaeva, head of the department of planning, financing plans and analysis of the budget execution process of the "Economy and Finance Department of the Petropavl City Administration", Sharipova Sholpan Zhanbyrbayevna, leader-consultant of "Otbasy Bank" JSC involved.
The event allowed college students and guests to expand their knowledge about the formation and development of tenge. The participants learned about the significant contribution of the national currency to the economy of Kazakhstan and its strengthening in the international arena. In addition, the event contributed to strengthening the feeling of patriotism and understanding the importance of preserving the national currency.
