On May 15, the 24th annual pilot-cosmonaut, Hero of the Soviet Union Viktorenko Alexander Stepanovich received diplomas and letters of thanks in the assembly hall of the college.
Victorenko Alexander Stepanovich was born in the village of Olginka, Shal Akin District, North Kazakhstan Region. Military pilot 1st class, test pilot 3rd class, paratrooper training instructor, cosmonaut 1st class. He mastered more than 10 types of aircraft, performed more than 150 parachute jumps, was awarded the Hero of the Soviet Union "Golden Star" medal, the Order of Lenin, the Order of the October Revolution, the Order of Friendship of Peoples, the 3rd degree "For Merit to the Motherland", medals.
