On November 30, 2023, the "Trifle" master class was held at the technological department of the Higher Construction and Economic College. Master class teacher of special subjects D. N. Akhmetova and industrial training master K. A. Savinskaya held.
The purpose of the master class was to demonstrate professional skills in preparation, decoration and presentation of "Trifle" dessert.
In the master class, the history of dessert creation, its preparation technology, decoration and serving method were discussed.
Participating students were given the opportunity to participate in the process of creating a Trifle. At the end of the event, a tasting was organized.
