On April 26, 2017, a solemn ceremony of laying the monument to the victims of nuclear disasters took place. Participants in the laying ceremony were veterans, students and teachers of city schools. Our college students were not left behind. All those present honored the memory of the victims with a minute of silence. Participants in the ceremony laid wreaths and flowers at the monument to victims of nuclear disasters.
