On October 10, at the Petropavlovsk Construction and Economic College in the “Center for Peace and Harmony,” library workers together with the Central City Library named after. I. Shukhov held a poetic hour for the 125th anniversary of the birth of the founder of Kazakh literature Saken Seifullin.
Purpose of the event: acquaintance with an outstanding figure of Kazakh literature, his poetry; development of cognitive interests in the field of history of Kazakhstan; moral education.
During the event, 1st year students (groups 133 and 147) read poems by the great Kazakh poet, watched a video about the life and work of the writer, and took part in an intellectual game. The winner of the game, student of group 147 Kamilla Mukhamedzhanova, was awarded a prize - a collection of poems by S. Seifullin.
