The very title of the Address of the President, announced on September 1, 2022, already contains the most basic, significant directions for the development of the country, which the Head of State has clearly defined for the future.
Through the solution of economic and social issues, great emphasis is placed on the state of the education system in the country.
For me, as a teacher, the forthcoming changes in the educational sphere are gratifying. Educational grants, preferential loans, and the National Fund program proposed by the President for studying youth will undoubtedly play a decisive role in raising the potential of the nation. It is the youth who have limitless reserves of energy, will, ability, zeal and enthusiasm, and they are able to shape the destiny of the nation.
The Higher Construction and Economics College, which celebrated its 90th anniversary, has created all the conditions for young people to receive qualified training in technical and legal specialties. The task of the college is to focus on the real needs of the labor market and meet the objectives of the new economic course of the country.
I am sure that three important priorities for the youth of New Kazakhstan: the desire for knowledge, hard work and patriotism will become key opportunities for self-realization of young people in all important areas of activity.
