On the eve of the Republic Day, the Regional Competition of professional skills of industrial training masters “Best in the profession “Cook”” was held at the Higher College of Construction and Economics

The skills of the contestants were assessed by a competent jury:

Hamza Sayran Shaisultanuly - chairman of ARIO;

Ovsyannikov Egor Sergeevich - chef of the Mont Blanc restaurant;

Gugulashvili Marine Vakhtangovna - chef of the Tbilisi restaurant

Participants completed a cooking task:

1. Soup puree (vegetarian ovo-lacto)

2. Dessert «Pavlova»
