On February 2, 2024, Akim of the North Kazakhstan region Nurmukhambetov Gauez Torsanovich visited the "Higher Construction and Economic College". Our college is one of the oldest educational institutions in the country, founded in 1932. In March 2022, the college was granted the status of "Higher Construction and Economic College".
A contingent of more than 1,200 people in 11 specialties and 23 qualifications, training is conducted in the state and Russian languages. Including more than 400 people under the dual education and "Labor" program. More than 300 students of labor qualification were provided with free hot meals.

65 enterprises of the city and region are social partners of our college. Enterprises included in the industrial council for training college personnel: "Osnovani" LLP, "Sevimstalkon" LLP, "Edinstvo" LLP, "Lira" LLP, "Alfa-Sever" LLP.
In the 2020 academic year, the college became a participant of the "Young Specialist" state program, equipment for the educational process was purchased with the allocated funds, 2 competence centers were opened in the construction (brick) and technological (cooking) directions.
In 2023, as part of the celebration of the 55th anniversary of the construction department, a laboratory for the production of gas blocks was opened on the basis of the social partner "Osnovanie" LLP. One of the urgent issues discussed during the visit of the akim of the North Kazakhstan region was the issue of allocating funds for major renovation of the dormitory of the Higher Construction and Economic College. During the visit, the activity of the college and teaching staff was positively evaluated.
