Thousands of years ago, the great Julius Caesar said: “Knowledge is power!”. And today is the Day of Knowledge - an important, expected and very exciting holiday for every child and adult. And today the Petropavlovsk Construction and Economics College opened its doors again for 375 first-year students. The director of the college made a parting word for the students.
