Every year since 2002, Petropavl University of Construction and Economic College has traditionally held the holiday "PKEK - harbor of knowledge and stars", during which the best teachers and students were honored with the Hero of the Soviet Union pilot-cosmonaut A.S. Prizes named after Viktorenko will be awarded. This time, A.S. Governor of the North Kazakhstan region S.S. came to the college together with Viktorenko. Our distinguished guests were presented with a festive program, in which Damesh Kurmankyna, young cosmonauts of the "Impromt" group danced, and the original song "Baikonur" performed by Kolokolchikov was sung specially for our guests for the first time.
