On September 14, at the Center for Peace and Accord of the Petropavlovsk Construction and Economic College, a round table was held on the topic: “Kazakhstan’s transition to the Latin alphabet” as part of the implementation of the program article of the head of state “Looking into the future: modernization of public consciousness”. Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, member of the Scientific and Expert Council of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan Dosmakhambet Kalmakhanuly Koshim spoke to the assembled teachers and students. “The public will be introduced to the draft of the new alphabet in November. Scientists are guided by the criteria of one sound, one letter,” said Dosmakhambet Kalmakhanuly Koshim. In the process of discussing the project, teachers Zhumagaliev A.S., Bektenova B.O., Akchurina E.V., Ramazanova S.T., Zhunusova S.A., Tursanova R.E., Karmanova B.M. took part. and students.
