| On November 28, 2016, the resource center of the Petropavlovsk Construction and Economic College hosted the grand opening of a woodworking shop with numerical control and a new specialty. Since December 2015, a resource center has been operating at the Petropavlovsk Construction and Economic College. Participation in the PIR project allowed us to strengthen the material and technical base, open new workshops and training and production workshops. So, in February 2016, a woodworking shop with a CNC system was put into operation. Employed masters of industrial training with the appropriate qualifications. The creative group of the engineering and teaching staff of the resource center developed a course training program for the qualification "Machinist of CNC woodworking machines" (photo 1). This program was developed in accordance with the experimental modular educational program for technical and vocational education, agreed with the social partner and approved by the director of the college. Since October 2016, coursework has been conducted in the CNC woodworking workshop from among the college students. In their free time, third-year students studying in the specialty "Computer Engineering and Software" undergo coursework, after which they will be awarded the qualification "Machinist of CNC woodworking machines" (photo 2, 3). The enterprises of our region have similar equipment, but there is a shortage of qualified workers in this profession. The machine operator must have technical thinking, spatial imagination and steady attention. He must have a good background in mathematics and physics, be able to read technical drawings, make calculations related to the performance of particularly complex work, and must also know: the kinematics of machine tools; methods of installation, fastening, alignment of parts and methods for the sequence of their processing; ways to achieve the required accuracy and purity of processing. All of the above knowledge, skills and abilities we form in students in the process of course preparation (photo 4). At the moment, we are ready to start course training for the qualification "Machinist of CNC woodworking machines" for the released workers and the unemployed population on the basis of the resource center of the Petropavlovsk Construction and Economic College We invite to the courses everyone who owns a PC at the level of a confident user     |
