On February 22, 2024, the next session of the School of Young Teachers was held at the Higher Construction and Economic College, the purpose of which was to provide methodological and practical assistance to young teachers in improving theoretical knowledge and improving pedagogical skills.

IT Deputy Director E. V. Akchurina made a report entitled "Pedagogical conditions for the formation of ICT competence of college teachers and students". He spoke about the pedagogical conditions for the formation of ICT, the elements of ICT education, the fact that the use of information resources of the Internet network in pedagogical activity has a positive effect on the professional growth of the teacher, allows to "move with the times", which in turn affects the significant increase in the quality of education.
College methodologist T. A. Shayakhmetova "Using didactic materials in the learning process. Pedagogical innovations, creation of a bank of didactic materials" told about the goals of using didactic materials and requirements for the development of didactic materials in the educational process, gave recommendations for creating a bank of pedagogical innovations using modern digital platforms. In the practical part, electronic didactic materials developed on modern digital platforms were shared.
Chairman of the Central Committee of the Central Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan R. A. Ayguzhin and industrial training master N. N. Hristosov spoke about the organization and holding of the WorldSkills championship, its mission to increase the reputation of workers' professions and develop professional skills, as well as to prepare students to participate in the WSK championships, and shared his work experience in training students, as well as the results of competitions.
College psychologist Z.O. Rahimova held a seminar-training "Anxiety and anxiety", during which the concept of anxiety was considered, the appearance and symptoms of anxiety, as well as recommendations to reduce anxiety, and ways to regulate it in the professional activity of a teacher.
