Biography
Kushumbaev Agibay Bagytkireevich was born on October 10, 1966, in the North Kazakhstan region. Nationality - Kazakh. Education is higher.
In 1996 he graduated from the Akmola agency institute, with the assignment of a specialty-an engineer-a mechanic.
In 2001 he graduated from the Kazakh State Law Academy, with the assignment of qualifications, lawyer.
From 1996 to 2016 he worked at the North Kazakhstan State University. M. Kozybaeva, from 1998 to 2016 as a vice -rector.
In May 2009, a scientific degree "Candidate of Technical Sciences" was awarded.
In 2010, a scientific degree of the PhD doctor for technical sciences was awarded.
In October 2011, the Academic title “Professor” was awarded.
Since January 10, 2017, he was appointed director of the Peter and Paul Construction and Economic College.
It has a high level of professional training in the field of education. Directly leads the introduction of advanced information technologies into the educational process and college management, the creation of conditions for the development of the creative potential of youth, strengthening and expanding the material and technical base of the college.
He is the author of over twenty scientific, educational and methodological manuals and publications. Including co -authorship, such scientific articles as "a rating system for evaluating educational achievements, as a condition for the development of the motivation of students' educational activities." He defended the dissertation 25.00.36 - Geoecology.
During his career, he was awarded departmental and government awards.
