On May 9, in Victory Park, student activists of the Petropavlovsk College of Construction and Economics participated in a volunteer campaign to distribute the Anniversary Summer of Victory. From the very early morning, our volunteers met home front and labor veterans with sincere congratulations and gave everyone an Anniversary Ribbon, assisted in the organization of " living corridor" along the Memory Alley. Labor veterans, home front workers, pensioners, and townspeople warmly thanked the girl volunteers for their help.

Thousands of Petropavlovsk residents gathered at the Monument of Military Glory. The main holiday of May - Victory Day - is celebrated for the 70th time. But every year there are fewer and fewer heroes of the occasion - veterans - at the monument. Employees of the Peter and Paul Construction and Economic College took part in laying flowers at the Eternal Flame.
