On May 6, 2014, a rally-concert dedicated to the 69th anniversary of the Great Victory and Batyr Day took place in Victory Park.

The meeting-concert was attended by veteran of the Great Patriotic War Gladkov Petr Matveevich, representatives of the Education Department of the North Kazakhstan region, deputy of the city maslikhat, first deputy chairman of the North Kazakhstan branch of the Nur Otan party Vladimir Nikolaevich Vitchenko, chairman of the Public Association of the Institute for the Development of Civil Initiatives Asemgul Eskhozha, representatives of regional and republican media, employees and students of Petropavlovsk College of Construction and Economics.
