October 7, 2016 in the hall of the University. M. Kozybaev, a republican-scale competition called "Youth against corruption" was held, organized by the First Anti-Corruption Media Center, teams of colleges and universities of the North Kazakhstan region took part in it.
The purpose of this competition is to foster an anti-corruption culture, form negative public opinion towards corruption offenses and the inevitability of responsibility for them, as well as increase civic engagement. The jury of the competition was represented by employees of the regional department of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau, the department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption, representatives of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs, the regional prosecutor's office, employees of the internal security department of the State Duma for North Kazakhstan region, as well as the chairman of the First Anti-Corruption Media Center Tolegen Baigulov. The competition consisted of three rounds, and the winner was determined by the maximum number of points. In total, 8 teams took part, each of which had 5 people. Our team "New People" won, the team gave it one hundred percent, our students showed not only knowledge, but also the speed of reaction, the ability to think in an original way, as well as a quick analysis of the answer options offered by teammates. |
