"The man took to the skies"

We invite you to the exhibition!

In the reading room of the college library, a thematic book exhibition was organized for Cosmonautics Day: "Man has risen into the sky."

For new generations of readers, it is already a distant history - the date of April 12, 1961, when the planet was shocked by the unexpected news that for the first time a man flew into space. It was the pilot-cosmonaut Yuri Alekseevich Gagarin. Everyone must remember the events that have become the golden pages not only of national history, but of all mankind, remember those people who are associated with the greatest feat - a breakthrough into space.

The library at the book exhibition presents 20 brightly illustrated books that will help readers get acquainted with the history of the development of astronautics, expand their knowledge about the Universe, cosmic bodies and phenomena.
