At the end of 2021, students of the 213th group of the construction department of the Petropavlovsk Construction and Economic College, under the guidance of the class teacher Margarita Anatolyevna Zelena, attended a lesson at the production site based on the Zerteu SK construction company.
Employees of the laboratory of the construction company "Zertteu SK" demonstrated a destructive method for testing the strength of heavy concrete and bricks on a modern hydraulic press, shared the intricacies of testing the strength of finished reinforced concrete products by the shock-pulse method using the IPS-MG 4.03 device. In addition, during a tour of the factory, the students were shown the operation of a concrete unit from computer-aided design of the concrete composition to loading the mixture into a concrete mixer truck. The students took part in the selection of the composition of heavy concrete according to the given characteristics and learned to determine the mobility of the concrete mixture by the draft of the cone.
