In the world of literature, not only famous poets and writers are celebrated, but also books. The book exhibition "Books of the Year-2024" was presented to readers in the reading room of the library of the Higher College of Construction and Economics.
The most respected works are "Robinson Crusoe" by D. Defoe, "Gypsies" by A. Pushkin, "Don Juan" by Byron, "The Three Musketeers" by A. Dumas.
In the section of domestic literature, you can find Abai's "Cycle of Love Songs", lyrical epic poem "Girl Silk", works by B. Mailin, G. Musirepov, B. Momyshuly.
In the section "Always modern classics" readers can find "Muma" by I. Turgenev, "Lightning" by N. Ostrovsky, "War and Peace" by L. Tolstoy and other works.
These books were written in different countries and at different times. But all these works have one thing in common: they are still read by adults and children. Created many years ago, they have not lost their popularity among readers and remain relevant today.
