The traditional holiday "Petropavl Construction and Economics College - harbor of knowledge and stars" was held at the Petropavl University of Construction and Economics. This year, 13 best students, sportsmen and activists of "Zhas Urpak" organization and 8 best teachers were awarded with the pilot-cosmonaut award. Among the winners was S.
