RUBRIC “EVERY PROFESSION HAS A SPECIAL SMELL”

A thematic exhibition “Each profession has a special smell” was organized in the library of the Higher Construction and Economic College. It presents educational and methodological manuals for students and teachers of the technological department.

Not everyone can cook truly delicious food; you need to learn it and always strive for perfection. Man has always loved to eat delicious food, which is why the profession of a cook is one of the most ancient. It is not for nothing that the first recipe books were found by archaeologists on clay tablets, and almost the second printed book (after the Bible) was a cookery book.

The exhibition consists of sections: “Cooking Technology”; “Organization of production and service at food enterprises”; “History of culinary culture”; "Masterpieces of World Cuisine"; “Read submitted!” collections with recipes for various dishes, tips on serving and serving, colorful publications on preparing a variety of cocktails.

The exhibition will be of interest not only to students and teachers of the specialty “Technology and organization of food production” and “Organization nutrition”, but also for students of other specialties and college staff.

The exhibition works withOctober 31 to November 62023.
