To mark the 130th anniversary of the Russian writer, playwright, theater director and actor Mikhail Afanasyevich Bulgakov and the 55th anniversary of the novel “The Master and Margarita,” library staff created a book trailer.
“The Master and Margarita” by Mikhail Bulgakov is a novel that pushed the boundaries of genre, a work where, perhaps for the first time, it was possible to achieve an organic combination of historical-epic, satirical and philosophical principles. The novel “The Master and Margarita” took a long time to reach the reader. Many times this path could end. But as the writer himself proclaimed: “manuscripts do not burn.” The ways in which goodness and justice still reign in the world are sometimes incomprehensible. But their accession is inevitable.
Library workers invite everyone to read M. Bulgakov’s novel “The Master and Margarita.”
