Creation date: December 9, 2015 By order of the Department of Education of the North Kazakhstan region, a resource center was opened on the basis of the Higher Construction and Economic College.

Mission Resource Center - providing organizations and enterprises of the region's social partners with competitive specialists through the introduction of flexible educational programs, information and communication technologies and close social partnership.

Objectives:

- training of qualified personnel for sectors of the economy by combining and concentrating modern highly effective educational resources for a certain type of vocational training from various owners;

- ensuring the continuity of vocational training, creating opportunities for adaptation to changing conditions of professional activity, meeting individualized educational needs;

-improving the image of vocational education;

-development of new forms of social partnership in the organization of professional training of personnel, including cooperative training;

- expanding the possibilities of the College in the implementation of educational programs of technical and vocational education (hereinafter referred to as VET).

Main goals resource center:

-implementation of working training programs for TVE, professional training programs for post-secondary education in the section of industrial training in order to master new equipment, high-tech equipment, innovative technologies;

-short-term vocational training (vocational training, retraining and advanced training) for technical and service workers in working professions (qualifications);

-assessment of professional readiness by skill levels;

- development of working curricula and plans aimed at testing new learning technologies, introducing new content of education;

-development of social partnership in the field of vocational education;

-organization of production, sale of products of the RC, provision of paid services, within the framework of the statutory activities of the College.
