On the occasion of the 120th anniversary of the birth of the writer, the founder of Kazakh modern literature Gabiden Mustafin, on November 25, an exhibition-review "The truth of life in the books of G. Mustafin" was organized in the college library.
The purpose of the exhibition: to acquaint readers with the life and work of the writer.
Gabiden Mustafin began to publish in 1927, his first collection of short stories entitled "Er-Shoiyn" was published in 1929. According to the works of G. Mustafin, one can literally trace all the events and changes that took place in the republic in the middle and in the second half of the twentieth century, and his heroes are directed by their deeds and thoughts to tomorrow. The writer's books are well known to a wide range of readers, translated into many languages of the world and entered the golden fund of Kazakh literature.
The famous works of the writer "Life or Death", "Shiganak Bersiev", "Millionaire", "After the Storm", "Eyewitness", materials about the work of G. Mustafin, published on the pages of periodicals were presented at the exhibition. The novel "Karaganda" attracted special attention of the students.
